3. Strategic pricing analysis. Pricing your home is not guesswork, and it’s not just pulling up what your neighbor sold for six months ago. We do a deep dive into current market conditions, active competition, recent sales, and buyer demand in your area. Then we sit down with you to build a custom pricing strategy that generates interest, creates urgency, and gets you the strongest possible offer.
